NanoLaser Peel
What is the procedure used for?
The NanoLaser Peel uses advanced laser technology to deliver the effects of a moderate chemical peel with better precision and control. It improves skin texture, evens out skin tone, and addresses pigmentation concerns on areas like the face, neck, chest, and hands. It’s often combined with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to further improve stubborn brown spots and pigmentation (also known as the “Arctic Peel”).
What changes can I expect immediately after the treatment?
Right after the procedure, your skin may appear white and swollen, which can last for a few hours. This is followed by redness for 2-3 days, then tightness and darkening of the skin, which will gradually peel off within 5-7 days.
When will I be completely healed?
Healing typically takes about 1 week. By then, any redness will be mild and can usually be covered with makeup. We recommend avoiding social events for at least one week post-treatment to allow the skin to fully heal.
How many treatments are recommended and how far apart should they be scheduled?
For optimal results, 2-3 treatments are recommended, spaced about 1 month apart.
How painful is the treatment?
Pain is typically around 5/10. We recommend taking ibuprofen or Tylenol for discomfort, along with applying a topical numbing cream 30-60 minutes prior to the procedure for added comfort.
How long does the treatment take?
The treatment usually lasts between 15-30 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.
When will I see the full results?
You’ll begin to notice smoother, more radiant skin within 1 week after treatment.
