Valid credit-card information is maintained/updated during the life of the membership. After enrollment, 3rd day of every month, the credit card is charged the full monthly payment.. To cancel your membership, you must contact us by PHONE, 30 days before your monthly renewal date.
If you are NOT a member, we offer flat shipping of $8.99.

Overall Shipping Policy
• Due to the speedy nature of our fulfillment center, once your order is placed we cannot change your shipping address, information, or delay/postpone your order. For any questions regarding your shipping information, contact Customer Service at [email protected]
• The notes section in your order may not be used to change address, delay/postpone your order, or make any adjustments in fulfillment as the fulfillment process is automated and the notes will not be taken into account.
• Please note that once your order has left our fulfillment center and is in the hands of the postal courier, VeerulaMD,LLC cannot be held responsible for issues that may occur during shipping including delays and damaged items
Returns & Refund Policy:
We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you don’t LOVE your product please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund, less all shipping costs. You can also bring your items into our office . We pride ourselves on providing quality products & quality service. We want to ensure you are happy! (EXCEPTION: This would not apply if the item is more than ½ used.)
If it has been longer than 15 days from your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, please work with our customer service as they will instruct you on next steps.
Customer service will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Customer Service will work with you and provide an address to ship the product back to.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
