About Dr. Vindhya Veerula (“Dr. V”)

Dr. Vindhya Veerula — known to her patients as Dr. V — created Integrative Dermatology & Laser Spa to offer something truly exceptional to Fort Wayne: a place where medical dermatology, advanced laser science, and integrative wellness come together to deliver powerful, long-lasting results.
Her philosophy is rooted in one guiding principle:
treat the skin, understand the whole person, and elevate confidence from the inside out.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Dr. V graduated from Canterbury High School before completing an accelerated BS/MD program at Northeast Ohio Medical University. After earning her medical degree in 2012, she returned to Indiana for residency training at the Indiana University School of Medicine — first in internal medicine, then dermatology. She later joined Fort Wayne Dermatology Consultants before launching her own practice in 2017.
At Integrative Dermatology & Laser Spa, Dr. V blends evidence-based Western dermatology with holistic, functional, and mind–body medicine, integrating nutrition, yoga, meditation, and wellness principles to support patients far beyond the surface of their skin. Her approach is equal parts scientific and soulful — always patient-centered, always forward-thinking.
Dr. V is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. She is also a member of the Indiana Academy of Dermatology and the Institute for Functional Medicine.
Outside the office, Dr. V stays grounded through daily wellness rituals — smoothies, yoga, movement, and meditation. She loves traveling, spending time with her husband and family, and relaxing at home with her beloved Russian Blue kitty.
At heart, Dr. V is energetic, compassionate, and endlessly dedicated to helping every patient feel healthy, confident, and completely at home in their skin.
